Today saw the return of the 2 Gloucester Old Spot pigs in a slightly different form to what they left the farm last week…. After there short trip to AH Griffiths, they were delivered to our other local butcher Richard at Quarry Farm. Where he cut the pigs to Marys (and the families) requirements.
Tonight is the first try of the new homemade product, it will be a few weeks before Edwin’s pigs go Griffiths.
