Ive been busy making ketchup today! Its so simple and we used up all the tomatoes from the poly tunnel.
All you need is 2.7kg of tomatoes, 1 large onion, 1 fat garlic clove, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp black peppercorns, 10g peeled ginger, 2 cloves, 2-4 birds eye peppers, 1tsp ground allspice, 1tsp ground mace, 225g granulated sugar and 250ml white wine vinegar.
